SteelSeries Sensei Review reported at 11:10 AM
category: Mice     website: eTeknix.com
Article Quote:
It’s got good looks, good performance, good range of features and a fantastic price tag and while that would normally be enough to justify an eTeknix Bang for Buck Award, its performance in any day to day application as well as gaming, combined with its value, amibidextrous design, style and well presented software is what earns it our eTeknix Editors Choice Award.

Cooler Master Seidon 240M Review reported at 11:04 AM
category: CPU Coolers     website: eTeknix.com
Article Quote:
If you are looking to get into the All-In-One market then the Cooler Master Seidon 240M definitely offers excellent Bang-For-Buck, being the cheapest 240mm AIO on the market as we speak while only sacrificing a little bit of performance. Add to that the fact it doesn’t suffer from loud fans, intermittent or excessive pump noise, fan rattling or mounting kit issues means the Cooler Master Seidon 240M is just a solid good-performer.

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7790 1GB & GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB Review reported at 11:02 AM
category: Game Accelerator Cards     website: Techgage
Article Quote:
Make no mistake, both of these two GPUs are attractive in their own right, but with AMD’s HD 7850 offering that costs a mere $10 more and includes two excellent games, it’s pretty hard to draw any other conclusion. As for GIGABYTE’s variant of the HD 7790, it’s one I’d heartily recommend if you were to go that route. I’ve appreciated the company’s simple-but-effective designs for a while, and as evidenced on the last page, this one has a low power-draw and fantastic temperatures at load. It’s one area in this comparison where AMD came well ahead of NVIDIA.

Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 Advanced Review reported at 10:54 AM
category: Computer Cases/Enclosures     website: HardwareCanucks
Article Quote:
In most ways, this new version of the Scout retains the original’s iconic looks by incorporating a reinforced carrying handle and vast expanses of dust-filtering mesh for optimal airflow. Cooler Master also seems to have found an excellent balance between visibility into the case through a side window and potential fan mounting locations.

Fractal Design Define XL R2 Review reported at 10:54 AM
category: Computer Cases/Enclosures     website: eTeknix.com
Article Quote:
It’s safe to say that I really like the Define XL R2, that much is obvious. Yet I wouldn’t have one for my own system, it’s just too darn big to fit next to my pokey little desk, and it would just look silly in my living room. This isn’t for people who just want a quiet office PC even if it can be super quiet with all that sound proofing, this chassis is more about building an extreme system and that’s exactly what you’re going to be able to build within this case, with zero compromises. Yet even with all this performance and quality the Define XL R2 is priced at around £100, which is miles under the price tag of rival brands similar specification chassis, you simply can’t get anything close to this build quality for the same amount of money.

"It is ready and waiting. You do need to add the OS of your choice to make it that perfect package, but that is something most users want to pick for themselves anyway."
