It would actually be more useful than trying to manage a 128GB install drive while running most of your applications from a mechanical drive, which is what most people do.

The cooler is quiet and is of good quality, the installation manual is clear, and it provides decent temperatures for just above the $30 mark. The SilenX cooler might be hard to recommend over something like the Hyper 212 Evo, the reigning budget champion, but it performs well considering it is a bit different from the competition.
