THE GOOD:
Compared to the original CPU heatsink of my Pentium 4, 3.2GHZ HT Socket 478 the Zalman CNPS7700-Cu on idle mode keeps my CPU at 34 - 36 Degrees, which is 8 - 9 degrees cooler than my original Intel retail cooler. While playing half life 2 & Doom 3 PC, the temperature goes up to 47 - 49 degrees. However still this Zalman CNPS7700-Cu cooler beats the original CPU heatsink from Intel because with th Intels original CPU heatsink it was running at 55 - 58 Degrees.

THE BAD:
A little tight when trying to replace the cooler. On my motherboard it slightly collides with the PSU unit but not a big deal. Also the weight of the CNPS7700-Cu is too much. Over 900grams could be better on this.

SUMMARY:
I am so far very satisfied with the performance of the CNPS7700-Cu in comparison with the retail cooler from intel for 3.2 Ghz Prescott Socket 478 processor.

I managed to get it for a very reasonable price £25 not bad for this at all.
