THE GOOD: Every single feature on this flightstick is awesome! Great design, great functionality, great performance!THE BAD: As the reviewer before me said (Pete535353 and etc), the flightstick was a little light. But this doesn't really matter, it's hardly noticeable once you start using it. SUMMARY: The stick itself responds well, and is in fact extremely sensitive. The buttons all work fine too, nothing like a few days of use and it starts to stick and things like that. There's a load of buttons and some shift keys to double the amount of functions you can have at once. I liked the fact that everything on the joystick is adjustable, from the the head's lower rack to the upper rack, and the grip and hand rest. The Evo is perfect for left handed people, as most peripherals out there these days are for righthanded people only. The Evo is for both right and left handed people. Also, the adjustable head allows for maximum comfort, adjusting to your thumb's length and such. All the buttons have been carefully planned and placed on the joystick in a logical sort of organized order, there's no searching for buttons. Also, the light up LED lights were a pleasant surprise, red leds to label the base buttons, and the blue led on the head, just for looks. Design couldn't be better, I like the bas especially because of the throttle wheel and the base isn't bulky and thick like other joysticks (for example, the Logitech Wingman series has an ugly base, so does Microsoft's Sidewinder). And all this for only 40 dollars. What more could you want? |
