"I recommend the OCZ Platinum 6GB Triple-Channel 1333 MHz DDR3 as an all-around excellent memory kit to tackle every task it faces, from casual computing to highly-tweaked overclocks. For the price, there isn't a better value anywhere else."
"With falling DDR3 prices, tri-channel memory kits are getting cheaper and cheaper by the day, making it more affordable for enthusiasts to grab high performance memory in and around $100. Despite the higher price tag, with the overclocking prowess shown by the benchmarks above, we highly recommend OCZ's Platinum 6GB DDR3-1333 kit for those looking to squeeze every ounce of performance without breaking the bank."
"The Platinum PC-10666 from OCZ is a good starting point for anyone that is on somewhat of a budget and wants to upgrade to the i7. Since it is only a three gig kit the price is even better. The best thing about this kit is there is enough room for anyone to achieve a decent overclock. We were just shy of the magical 4GHz on our i7 920. Not too shabby for a $80 after rebate kit of ram. Because the population has become to use to having four gigs of ram in their PC many naturally would figure that the six gig kit is the way to go. But we fell that three is more than sufficent for many people and this kit is well worth it."
