The K8N Neo Platinum is a socket 754 motherboard for Athlon 64 CPUs that uses the Nvidia nForce3 250Gb chipset. It has 3 DDR DIMM slots and supports FSB speeds of 800 MHz. It also features integrated audio, Ultra DMA 66/100/133, 1 AGP (4x/8x) and 5 PCI slots.
