About the Product

The Pentium 4 Northwood 2.8GHz CPU features the Intel NetBurst Micro-architecture, supports the S478 microPGA form factor and i875P "Canterwood" chipset. Made using 0.13 micron processes, it features a 800MHz system bus, 8K L1 cache, 12kb of L1 trace execution cache, and 512K L2 advance transfer cache. It also features "Hyper-Threading Technology", which maximizes processor resources and enables a single processor to run two separate threads of software simultaneously.
