About the Product

The Core i7 965 Extreme Edition is a 3.3 GHz 32-nanometer six-core Gulftown CPU. It supports the LGA 1366 form factor, and the Intel X58 chipset. Features a maximum 1 x 6.4 GT/s QuickPath interface, 256KB L2 cache per core, and shared 12 MB L3 cache. Features triple-channel memory controller, and only supports DDR3-800/1066 memory. Also features MMX, SSE, EM64T, VT-x and AES support.
