About the Product

This PDA features 200Mhz Intel PXA 250 procsessor, 64MB SDRAM, and 16MB flash memory. It has a 240 x 320 16-bit color touchscreen LCD, speakers, mic, and infrared port. Optional lithium-ion rechargeable battery, and AC adapter/charger. Uses Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 OS.
