Quoted from eVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti SSC 2GB Reviews:
Check out these quotes from eVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti SSC 2GB reviews & previews"So in the end this GeForce GTX 650 Ti SSC SuperSuperClocked graphics card from EVGA is better than the reference one with a factory overclocking and a better cooling system though the use of the reference PCB design. For the price of 141 € (exc. VAT) the SSC is 22 € more expensive than the reference design which makes it very interesting considering the performance and the extra amount of memory over the reference design. You were looking for an graphics card in the HD 6870-6850 ranges? Go for it!"
"EVGA's GTX 650 Ti SSC 2 GB is available online for $180, which is clearly too high. The extra 1 GB of memory contributes a lot to the price increase, and it does not provide enough extra performance to justify the cost. The same card, as 1 GB variant costs $155: definitely the better buy. But $155 is still expensive compared to what the various AMD HD 7850 1 GB cards offer. They provide over 25% more performance at slightly higher pricing ($165)."
