THE BAD:
Lacking in utility

SUMMARY:
1. The SK8T800 does not recognize SATA HDDs as primary HDDs (master). This means that a SATA primary HDD coming from another system can only be used as a Secondary drive (with all such a shortcoming implies).

2. Does not offer a complete set of drivers for common operating systems...my windows xp pro system needs an audio driver for the SK8T800's onboard audio and the one being offered is incompatible with my system.

3. There is no way to contact the chaintechusa support staff directly for special needs (such as updated drivers).
