The Socket 754 Sempron 3300+ processor is based on the Palermo K8 core of 0.9 micron processors. It operates at a frequency of 2.0Ghz, with a 1600MHz FSB. The processor features 128K L1 cache, 256KB L2 cache, 3.2GB/sec memory bandwidth via on-die memory controller, a single 6.4GB/sec HyperTransport link, 3DNow! Professional technology and SSE3 multimedia instructions.
