The Socket AM3 Athlon II X2 250 is a 45nm quad-core Phenom CPU with AMD64 technology, and 3.0GHz processor frequency. Features 1 16-bit/16-bit HyperTransport 3.0 link (up to 3600MT/s system bus full duplex, 16GB/s I/O bandwidth), and 2MB L2 cache (512KB per core). Direct Connect Architecture allows for integrated 128-bit memory controller; up to DDR2-800 and DDR3-1066 memory support.
