The Zalman CNPS 3100-Plus is compatible with Socket type CPUs, and features a copper "flower heatsink" that measures 95-110 x 52 x 65 mm, a 92 x 92 x 25 mm fan that spins at 1600RPM, and generates 20.0dbA (silent mode), and comes packaged with thermal grease, clip, heatsink installation tool, and RC65 noiseless connector.
