This cooling unit, designed for socket processors, features a flower shaped heatsink with 58 fins, and each fin is .3 mm thick. The heatsink is made of brass and has a total dimension of 110 X 52 X 65 mm. It comes with paste, clip, and a fan that's to be attached on an extended arm using PCI card screws.
