This 4x4x24x4 EIDE CD/CD-R/CD-RW/DVD combination has a 2MB buffer. It has an average access time of 120 ms for DVDs and 110ms for CDs. It supports PIO Mode 4 (16.6MB/s) and DMA Mode 2 (15.5MB/sec). It reads CDs at 3600kb/sec and DVDs at 5400kb/sec.
