Typically you have to wait till Toreno tells you to buy the airplane graveyard before you can get experience to be allowed in an airport. If you go down to Los Santos International airport, you can go to the gate, (they won't let you in), steal a car, (smash a few gang members for fun and to keep em from getting an attitude), then pull up in front of the guard and hop onto your car. From there you hop onto the guard shack, and go in.

The first plane is a lil 'Dodo", but if you continue in you'll find the jet, which is a nicer flight. Now go fly in circles until you gain a few levels, and you'll get a pilot's license!

Btw, you can do this before going to CJ's house for the first mission. Makes for a nice "beginning" save game, with firetruck, ambulance, and vigilante missions finished, (and no cheat codes to screw up your game file). Just be sure not to go too far, or you'll get 4 stars and shot down.


Note, you can get into any airport, but only the the initial airport has aircraft that aren't locked (doors). The San Fierro airport has a Maverick which may not have locked doors, and perhaps some of the Shamals are not locked, but others there are.

The BMX, and the Mountain Bike are in many cases a lot faster than any other motorized vehicle. This is because you can evade faster.

Try to cycle a lot, go cycling from your house to Blueberry for example. If you look good in the western part, you will find a Mountain Bike. Use it to make bizar cycling speeds on the long, straight on countrysideroads.
*NOTE*
When at a high speed after tapping x, HOLD x. CJ will cycle automaticly at the same speed, moving his legs fast, and you are only holding x, not tapping it. If you bike a while in Los Santos, and in the villages north of them, Jump a lot with the L1 button, your cycling skill will be maxed in NO time! Another funny thing is jumping from standing still. Press L1, (if you have a high cycling skill, press L1 very short) CJ whill jump. Now hold the right analog stick forward, and break.

Action packed parachute drop, Bond style.


First, dress CJ up in his best spy clothes (for effect). Also, get a parachute.

Then, get into a Sea Sparrow, Hydra, or Hunter, and wreak havoc on the world until you get a three star wanted level. Once the copper chopper appears, fly as high as you can go. Get the police chopper to follow you. Fire at it a bit, but don't blow it up. Get it to fire machine guns at you. Once it does this, bail out. Even though you'll be meters and meters away from the chopper, it's bullets will rain down on you until you're at around 300-400 feet from the ground. Use the left stick to roll around and dodge the bullets, Bond style. Now if there was only a way to parachute glide into a moving car... (though you can land on one and carsurf if you're skilled and lucky).
