Select the "Gallery" option from the main menu, then quickly press B, X, Y, B(2), Y, X, B at the first screen to unlock the Stranger jet and all gallery art. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Alternately, successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting without using any continues.

Select two player mode, and have player one select a jet. Then, press Start + A on controller two when selecting a jet for player two.

From the Main Menu, select the Gallery option and quickly press B, X, Y, B (x2), Y, X, B at the first screen to unlock the Stranger jet and all gallery art. You should hear a chime to indicate the code was entered. This code does the same thing as complating the game on any difficulty setting without using any continues at all.
When playing a two player game, you can make player 2 invicible by follow this tip: When both players are selecting a jet, have have player 1 select a jet first. Now press Start + A on controller 2 when selecting a jet for player 2.
