Put in During Exhibition Mode at the Select Character Screen.
HOLD Left Trigger and press Left, White, Right, White
All courts
Select exhibition or random play mode. Then, hold L and quickly press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left(2), Right(2) at the court selection screen. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

Bombs on court
Select exhibition or random play mode with the time bomb option enabled. Then while playing a game, hold L and quickly press A, B(2), Y, A + X. Bombs will appear on the court.
