The Godfather Cheats & Tips

During gameplay, pause the game and enter the following:

Refill Health- Left, X, Right, Y, Left Thumb,
Refill Ammo- Y, Left, Y, Right, X, Right Thumb,

At the save menu, when the "Join the Family" and "Enter the tailor shop" options appear, enter the following:

Y, X, Y, X, X, Left Thumb.

There will be a sound to confirm.
