To get the achievement My Head Turns (10) you must complete one 360 degree burnout and then win the race. To do a burnout do the following: set the racing model to advanced handling. This makes it so there is a little more traction to deal with. When you start any race, don't take off at the green light. Instead, hold down both the accelerator and the main brake (left trigger and right trigger) at the same time. Steer all the way to the right or left and then let off of the brake. You will begin doing a burnout. Stop after you make a complete circle then take off and race as normal. To get the achievement easy, set the ai difficulty to easy and you will have no problem catching up.

To get the achievements Drift King (10) and Finnish Ice Racing Champion (20), you must perform a powerskid. To do a powerskid do the following: set the racing model to advanced handling. This makes it so there is a little more traction to deal with. Simply set the ai difficulty to easy and pick any track (Mugello is a nice, curvy one) and set the lap count to either 3 or 5 laps. This will give you plenty of room and time to get both achievements done. To powerskid, steer into the corners hard and tap the rear break a few times. The more you practice it or just mess around with it in general, the easier it will come to you. Doing a powerskid is basically just drifting through the corners. You will know you are doing a powerskid if the rear wheel is leaving a black skidmark, or if the rear of the bike is pointing outwards in the turns.

To acquire the Teddy Bear (20) and We Like Mocaccino (20) achievements easily and without actually have to race for them in career, do the following:

Before beginning the next season you get to pick which team you ride for. Pick either one of the teams needed for the achievements (pick Grizzly Gas Kiefer Racing Team for Teddy Bear or Emmi Caffe Latte 250cc Team for We Like Mocaccino) and then go to the choose a helmet screen, but back out of it. You should get the desired achievements, without actually having to race for one of the teams as you should be able to choose a different team still.
