When shooting for 100% in all tasks, make sure to complete all outpost missions before you initiate the final story mission (Battle for Caracas / A.N. or China). Once the game is cleared, you cannot initiate outpost missions anymore (which unlocks a faction's shop items).

After unlocking the Winching Challenge at your PMC, you can undertake the challenge over and over again to earn endless streams of cash. When you get to the third level, start wagering the maximum amount of cash you're able to. Each time, you'll wager the maximum, thereby allowing you to bet even higher the next time around. This increase your potential earnings exponentially.

The challenge never changes, so mastering it is easy enough. The maximum wager is $5,000,000. In 8-12 minutes (or less, if your hand is extra steady), earning $30,000,000+ is totally reasonable. This is definitely one of the easier challenges to earn easy, massive amounts of money on. Give it a go!

This is one of the easiest ways to get past the 'Medusplosion' mission. First of all, to get this mission you must have unlocked enough Chinese outposts. Anyway, at the start of the mission, go to the armored vehicle and get in, but get out immediately. You should be able to spot a Chinese attack helicopter flying nearby, probably carrying a shipping box. Hijack it, and head to the next point marked on your map. When you get to this point, do not go in the circle. Instead, pick up the nearby ambulance with your winch and swing it around until the driver jumps out. If it says "MISSION FAILED; Ambulance was abandoned", you went in the circle too early. Then go in the circle so it shows the next objective point on the map. Using your helicopter, fly the ambulance to the final objective. Put it in the circle, close to the ground, and the mission will be complete.

Simply park your Vehicle outside of a building you can enter, then enter the building, then exit it. Your Vehicle is now completely healed and its ammo is replenished.
