easy CP
(sadly, this will only work for people on the third disk of the game.)in the Archylte Steppe on Grand Pulse, there is a certain cliff you will find that has a chest, and it is surrounded by 3 Rangda. kill these off and open the chest, then down below the cliff is another area where you can reach. down in this area, there will be about 6 groups of Rangda and Leyak (they are pretty much the same enemy, so different tactics are not needed)i used Fang, Lightnig and Vanille in these fights since they had the roles i needed. using any team as long as you have a paradagim to where you have 1 commando and 2 ravagers, continually fight these groups, which give off 1765-3500 CP
How to fill the gauge on the first three Eidolons.
Okay, so beating the Eidolons consists of using certain attacks or skills to fill the gauge of their heads and press the X button.

For the first battle where Snow faces the Shiva Sisters you just have to have him use Steelguard when Nix attacks.

For Lightning facing Odin, you'll need to have her Ravager skills high enough so that she can use Thunderstrike. Just keep using Thunderstrike, and preferalby have two paradigms to where Lightning's a Ravager and Hope can switch between Synergist and Medic.

For Sahz, have his Ravager level high too. You'll need to use the Thunder spell, or Thundara if you have it. You can have Vanielle help by having her as a Ravanger for a little while but in my experience I used her as a medic most of the time. Just keep using Thunder magic on his Eidolon and the gauge will fill up.

Also, if you lose the fight and pick Retry then before you activate the cutscene use one of those items that will buff your stats at the beginning of the battle and go, they won't be cancelled out cause of the cutscene.
