9 easy lvl achievements for Fallout 3.
The 9 achievements that you get when lvling up can be easily all obtained at the same time.It makes it easier so you don't have to go thru 3 times of the game you can just play one long game thru.

When you are about to reach lvl 8 just save before you are about to lvl. Then simply change your Karma to either bad, neurtal, or good. Which ever you need for the achievement. Then after you have saved continue on playing and lvl up. There is one achievement done. Then reload the save you made before you were about lvl 8. Change Karma and repeat.
Feel free to do this on lvl 13 so you can get the lvl 14 achievements and then again on lvl 19 for the lvl 20 achievement.

There you go nine easy achievements.

easy deathclaw kills on any difficulty
1. two words; DART GUN, they run faster than you do s o if you criple thier legs, they'll be slow as a slug.
2. they will not attack you until you get close to them, after you hit them with the dart gun. so backpeddle them with the shotgun.

easy peasy, they might be the most frightning opponant,as if. with this info they should be considered extinct
Easy way to get Karma based Achivevements
If you look on the achievements you will probably notice that 9 of the achievements are Karma based. You have to be Good, Evil, or Neutral on level 8, 14 , and 20. Wait! That means I have to play the game 3 times to get them all! Worry not, for you can get them all in one go. Ok, Be good and become level 7, 13, or 19 and be close to leveling up. Next SAVE IT! Now go level up and you should get the Good acheveiment on what level you are. Now reload you saved file like I said then go be evil. When your Evil/Neutral level up and you will get them. Continute this method till you get every one.
I am sure that you want the best weapon in the game and this is the Firelance. You get this buy a random occurrence, and so you need a spot that the occurrence happens in. There are several in the game, but I like this one.

1. Go to the scrapyard and get Dogmeat(helps you find the weapon when it falls)
2. Travel up to the minefield and head up the hill towards the water tower.
3. You NEED to save the game about half way up to the tower.
4. Now all you have to do is walk up to the tower and different occurrence will happen everytime you reload(most more than once), but hopefully you get a UFO exploding out of the sky and dropping a whole bunch of Alien power cells(8) and your weapon.

This is one of the most powerful weapon in the game(I haven't seen the MIRV), but as you might have noticed it is low on ammo.

Don't give up though it took me 2 hours of reloading.
Good Karma.
Occasionally, while out in the Wasteland, you'll encounter a beggar dying of thirst. Give him some Purified Water to gain some good Karma.
Good/Neutral/Bad Karma
Your karma in Fallout 3 is the measure of your morals. Karma affects how people react to your character, so it is important to know the advantages/disadvantages of each.
    Good Karma:
Karma Titles: Protector (Lvl 8), Ambassador of Peace (Lvl 14), Last, Best Hope Of Humanity (Lvl 20)

Advantages: If you have good karma, you will be hugely respected by the folks in Megaton and won't be seen as a threat to anybody. Once you reach the highest level, a woman in Megaton will often give you gifts every time you visit.

Disadvantages: You won't be seen as a threat - that could be good or bad. You will have bounties on your head by certain people for helping out by killing that dude in the bar at Megaton (if you've done so). But there aren't many disadvantages of good karma.
    Neutral Karma:
Karma Titles: Mercenary (Lvl 8), Pinnacle of Survival (Lvl 14), Paradigm of Humanity (Lvl 20)

Advantages: You won't be troubled by settlers and you will seem a bit mysterious to certain folks because you are so neutral. And you don't pick sides.

Disadvantages: There will be stuff you cannot do for certain people, because your karma isn't high enough.
    Bad Karma:
Karma Titles: Reaver (Lvl 8), Harbinger of War (Lvl 14), Scourge of Humanity (Lvl 20)

Advantages: People will be scared of you. You will be more respected by certain people, and you will also be able to unlock Jericho (Megaton citizen) as a follower.

Disadvantages: You won't be trusted by most people in the likes of Megaton, and you probably won't get yourself that little house in Megaton (if you decided not to blow up Megaton, that is). You also won't receive gifts every so often from Megaton settlers.

If you look around the outside of megaton look at all the rocks around megaton and one will be hollowed out and have ammo and guns both on ps3 and 360
How to obtain Power Armor.
Occasionally while out in the Wasteland, a pair or more Brotherhood Outcasts can be seen patrolling. Killing them will have no effect on your Karma. Please note that you still require Power Armor Training to actually wear the armor.

Also, I advise you not to attack them until you reach level 5 or so or obtain a better weapon, as these guys aren't pushovers.
How To Skip A Lot Of The Main Quest
You simply have to go to Smith Caesys Garage and enter the vault like you normally would.
How to skip the first part of the main quest
This shortcut can be used if you blew up megaton without talking to 'Moriaty' about your dad or can't be bothered killing an army of super mutants but its fairly straight forward. All you have to do is go to rivet city and talk to doctor li she tells you what she normaly would have without talking to 'three dog'.
Inf Stimpaks
To do this you will need access to paradise falls.
Walk around inside until a guy comes up to you and offers you stuff and exit the dialogue and talk to him over and over again.
Do note that he gives you food, ammo and bottle caps as well so you won't get stimpaks every time.
This requires patience so keep pressing A on your controller while watching something on T.V.

Note: Might require bad karma to work.
Infinitely lockpick/hack a terminal.
To do this simply proceed to lockpick or hack a computer. When you are almost out of bobby pin durability or hacking attempts, exit the attempt and try again. Now you can work on that obstruction infinitely.
Master Thief
An easy way to steal stuff is to grab the thing move to an area that no one is looking at then steal it.
Ol' Painless.
Ol' Painless is a unique hunting rifle located in the Republic of Dave, northeast of quest area Minefield. This hunting rifle is in a safe in the office in the Republic of Dave Capitol Building. To get the key and wipeout the Republic without Karma loss, declare war on the Republic when the kid questions you outside.

Ol' Painless is one of the few weapons with 0.0 spread. (Meaning the gun hits exactly where you aim in non-VATS.)

It also has good durability and does more damage then the normal hunting rifle.
Power armour training easy
This is very simple, download Operation:Anchorage (Gogogo! Totally worth it!) then go into the armoury. Pick up the power armour. You now have power armour training!

(I found this out on my second playthrough of O:A on my n00b char. Now she isnt a noob with outcast armour ^^)

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Tip
<font size=1>Your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. will come off as very important throughout the game and it is majorly important that you pick the right stats at the beginning, as it will follow you through the whole game. It's best to use these to your advantage, and you're going to need advantages in the Capital Wasteland.

STRENGTH: Strength will never let you down. Of course, it's something you'll need throughout the game so a high Strength on your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. would be a good idea. You will also be able to carry more more items with a high Strength.
PERCEPTION: Perception is important if you want to play a specialist character like a demolitions expert or a crack lock picker.
ENDURANCE: You will benefit from a high Endurance as it will increase your hit points, decrease your radiation levels in the wastes and you will be less tired with a higher Endurance level.
CHARISMA: Charisma isn't something that you won't really need throughout the game, unless you want to be a great conversationalist. So it's probably best to keep this stat low, to benefit on the stats that are more important.
INTELLIGENCE: Intelligence is highly important for the likes of medicine and hacking computer systems. A high Intelligence will benefit throughout the game if you want the option of hacking a lot of computer systems.
AGILITY: Agility is sort of important, but not hugely. Of course you want to be quite fast, but it isn't as important as the likes of Strength and Endurance.
LUCK: You're not gonna benefit at all from Luck to be honest. So it's best to keep this low as well as Charisma. The only advantage you would get from this is you will find more items during the game and you have a better chance of getting critical hits.

You only have a handful of points to pick your S.P.E.C.I.A.L., so make sure that you choose carefully at the beginning!</font>
Simple Money Maker
OK, all you have to do for a few grand$$$$ is start the "Nuka-Cola Challenge" and inside the girls house, and while she isn't looking, rob her blind! lots of bad Karma, but its defiantly worth it.
Tranquility Lane
To activate the failsafe in the vr program, make a beeline to the abandoned house. There are a collection of items around where you come in. The order to activate them is:

broken radio
glass pitcher
garden gnome
glass pitcher
cinder block
garden gnome
empty bottle

Activate these in the right order and the terminal will appear to the right of the front door coming in.

Exp Glitch (Pre-Patch)
First it is Required that you first have a sneak skill of 60 and at level 10 obtain the perk known as "Sandman". Now go to any city in which it is easy to find children sleeping, a good town is Andale.
Now go up to the sleeping child and sneak behind them, if you have the perk it will allow you to choose to kill the child, if you chose to kill them you will gain the experience but you actually wont kill them, thus you won't lose karma or get people hostile towards you, repeat till you have wanted experience.

Note: You can increase the difficulty to net more exp.

I have tested this on both PS3 And xbox360

(Will only work if the latest patch is not installed)
fallout 3 Unlimited Guns Chems, and caps
If you havent finished the main storyline then I suggest waiting, it makes things very easy

This Qlitch works best on Xbox 360 My buddy says it freezes on his PS3. Im not sure how many locations this works, I always use it at flack and shrapnels in rivet city. I found this while browsing random cheats. there may be variations to how this works, but I will tell u the way i do it and u can experiment for yourself.

talk to flak or shrapnel and see what they got for sale In order for this glitch to work they need to have 2 of either combat armour, laser pistols or laser rifles( if they dont have 2 you could sell them 1 or wait 4 days and then there inventory should change) (1) choose the one that costs less and accept transaction. (2) sell him the same item back for less caps. (3) repeat steps 1 and 2. You will find that by the 3rd or 4th time you do this that the item that you are buying from them (Eg. Worth 25 caps with only 20% condition) will turn into a fully repaired weapon worth 200-500 caps. continue to do this and you can clean him out of inventory and caps< then go accross the way to the chem shop and trade the stuff you just bought from flak for chems.(energy cells and microfusion cells are as good as caps in you pocket, and flak and shrapnel have tons) Every 4 days there caps and inventory are returned.

INF exp.
Get your speech skill to 50. Go to Little lamplight. Find the kid named knock knock. Talk, and ask her to tell you a joke. Do the speech challenge, win and get +5xp. Keep doing it until you lose!
Infinite XP (Pre-Patch)
You can gain infinite XP if your speech skill is high enough.(My speech was about 30 at the time). Go to town called "Big Town" located north of Vault 101.If you spoke with a girl named Bittercup she should tell you about her dating exploits. After speaking with her, go into the house marked "Common House" and speak to a man named Pappy. There should be a speech skill dialogue option that says "You came here with Bittercup, right?" You will get XP every time you click it. (I got 6XP with each click). Continue to do this and you can rack up XP in mere seconds. Bethesda has not yet patched this glitch.
Looting Dad and Colonel Autumn
Dureing the waters of life quest after Dad cause the meltdown and everyone in that room dies that is when the glitch starts. Crouch down and enter the 3rd person view. Walk over to the far right side of the airlock door. If the glitch takes action half of your body should go through the door. If they both fell close enough you will be able to loot the following:Dads (20 pound)Wasteland Outfit,a 32. pistol,Col.Autumn's Coat,and Col.Autumn's 10mm Pistol.
This has only been confirmed PS3 I will soon try it on the XBOX360.
Multiple Followers in Fallout 3
There are a couple of ways to get multiple followers in Fallout 3, instead of just having Dogmeat/and another companion.

The most common way of getting multiple followers is glitching. I will explain how to get more than one follower after you emerge from Raven Rock.
Once you are outside of Raven Rock, make sure Fawkes doesn't spot you, and go into sneak mode. DO NOT TALK TO FAWKES, and fast travel AFTER Fawkes kills all the remaining Enclave with his Gatling Laser.

Pick up Jericho from Megaton, and travel to Paradise Falls. Fire him in front of Eulogy Jones. Buy Clover from Eulogy and then talk to Jericho and re-hire him before Clover engages you in dialogue.

You now have Jericho and Clover. I personally prefer Charon because of his shotgun, so I killed Clover and hired him.

Go back to Raven Rock, and talk to Fawkes. Be nice to him, and make sure he asks you about joining you on your adventures. Accept, and now you have Clover/Charon,Jericho, and Fawkes.

Note that rehiring Jericho and buying Clover needs bad karma, so you need to raise your karma to good to hire Fawkes.

Along with Dogmeat, you now have five followers. Congrats, they'll be with you for the rest of the game (except after the events of Take it Back!)

Walter Disappears
If you've purchased the first edition of Fallout 3, before many of the glitches were patched, this is possible. I haven't tried it on any of the patched versions, so if it doesn't work for you then you probably have an updated version.

Walter, the man who helps maintain the water pipes around Megaton, will offer to pay you caps if you bring him scrap metal. Go out exploring for a few days or so and come back. If you've been gone long enough, you will notice Walter will no longer be where you left him, nor will he be anywhere else in town--inside or outside.

You will either find Walter dead on the ground near the bomb in the middle of Megaton or completely gone altogether. If you ever find this happening, don't worry--it's not your fault.
Wearing the Chinese stealth suit
While wearing the Chinese stealth suit You can wear multiple head gear to raise skills and perks. Will raise energy weapons, barter, sneak, etc. involving any hat that raises skills. Also will raise SPECIAL too. Can wear Buttons wig, Three dogs wrap and a host of head gear to raise agility, perception, intelligence, luck and charisma at the same time. You can switch the armor for any armor You want and the head gear will remain on increasing skills and SPECIAL.

Bobblehead locations
Bobblehead name - How to obtain

Endurance Bobblehead - Head down the slope in the Deathclaw Sanctuary. It should be near the brahmin corpse.
Science Bobblehead - In Vault 106, head to the Living Quarters and go through the southeast east door. Follow the path and it should be in the back.
Small Guns Bobblehead - In the National Guard Depot, get into the Armory. It should be there and some weapons.
Speech Bobblehead - In Eulogy's Pad in Paradise falls. Should be on a desk.
Sneak Bobblehead - It is in the Yao Guai Tunnels. Remember to turn on your light!
Unarmed Bobblehead - This bobblehead is in Rockopolis.
Explosives Bobblehead - Explosives Bobblehead is in the southern area of WKML Radio Station. It's in the Sealed Cistern.
Lockpick Bobblehead - This bobblehead is located in the upper floor of the easter Bethesda Ruins.
Melee Weapons Bobblehead - In the Dunwhich Building, head to the ruins. From there, head to the Virulent Chambers. It should be by the Exit.
Repair Bobblehead - It is located in Arefu, In Evan King's house.
Big Guns Bobblehead - Head southwest of Fort Constatine. It should be in the basement of a house.
Charisma Bobblehead - It is located in Vault 108. Should be in a lab area on a desk.
Intelligence Bobblehead - You'll find it on a desk in the (gasp) Science Lab!
Agility Bobblehead - Head to the Greener Pastures Disposal Site. The bobblehead will be waiting for you on a desk at the faclitiy's office.
Luck Bobblehead - This bobblehead is in the basement of the Arlington House.
Medicine Bobblehead - It is on your dad's desk in Vault 101. You can get it in the beginning of the game or on the quest "Trouble on the Homefront"
Barter Bobblehead - It is located on a shelf by the Bazaar in Evergreen Mills.
Strength Bobblehead - It's on a shelf in Lucas Simm's house. Gives a permanent boost to STR.
Perception Bobblehead - The Perception bobblehead can be found on a shelf in the Musuem of Dave, in the Republic of Dave. Gives a permanent Perception boost.
Brahmin Tipping
Not so much as an egg but if you go into sneak and walk up to a brahmin adn push a you will push onto its side.
Letters about entry in 101
Around the Springville area look in the letter boxes around the houses. You will find letters about entry to the Vaults. I found two, one to mr and mrs Gomez,one of the guards in vault 101. I've forgotten the name for the second, but its for Vault 101 as well.
Medical Vaultboy Bobblehead
Can be found in Vault 101 during Escape. Boosts your medicine skill by ten.
Noticed Anything?!
If any of you have played Oblivion then you will notice how there is a place called Farragut in Fallout and Oblivion!!

Also you will notice a utility pole with the unique identification tag "TES-04" is located along the outside of the city wall at Big Town, at the exact center of the game map. TES 4 is Oblivion!

Talking Suit of Power Armour!
To find the only piece of armour in the game that actually talks to you, you must go to Old Olney. Be prepared for a fight, the place is filled with Deathclaws, I would recommend finding a companion before venturing here.

Make your way to Old Olney sewers, there are two entrances, one of them is through a manhole cover, and the other is through a door underneath a metal panel that falls away when you step on it. It's easily recognisable from the street, it's just a black rectangle, go and stand on it, and you will fall down into a hole with a door in it, enter the door.

When exploring the sewers, which are also filled with Deathclaws, you may find a dead Brotherhood initiate with power armour on, this is the one!

Search him, take his armour, and put it on. The armour will speak to you in the same voice and style as a Mr Gutsy robot. During combat, if you have Med-X in your inventory and you become hurt, the armour will automatically inject the Med-X into you.
