This is a cool little glitch that I like to call "Magic Hands". It's easy to do and adds an extra dose awesome to War's outfit, especially if you have the Abyssal Armor and Mask of Shadows equipped.
I found this today while playing around with enhancements, and realized that you could allow the visual effects from the enhancements slotted into the Tremor Gauntlet to stay even after changing them. The way to do this is simple:
1. Equip any enhancement onto your gauntlet.
2. Go back to the game, punch with the gauntlet a few times.
3. Right before you finish punching, (in other words, while War is still in a punching motion), press start and go to your Weapon Forge.
4. In your Weapon Forge, change the gauntlet's enhancement to another of your choice.
5. Go back in game, punch some more. Then, swing your sword so the gauntlet gets put back in your inventory.
6. Look at War's right hand. If done correctly, the visual effects (like purple flames or a yellow aura) from the previous enhancement will stay on the gauntlet even though you changed enhancements.
7. This can be done multiple times, so that the effects stack. You could potentially keep doing this until your hand is surrounded by every visual effect,.
That's all there is to it. If you don't get it the first few times, don't worry. I'm not entirely sure if there's a particular pattern to which enhancements you pick, or whether it works for any combination, I'll have to keep trying. However, keep at it, and you'll get it eventually.
Note: If you're having trouble, try this combination: 1) any enhancement of choice, 2) Strife's Offering, 3) Carnage. You'll get a nice mix of blue, red, and gold.
Note: This does not appear to work for any other weapon except the Tremor Gauntlet.
Note: This has only been tested on the Xbox 360 version, although it is possible that PC and PS3 versions have this as well.
