Press & Hold (-) & (+), then press (D-Pad) left, right, 1, 2(x2), 1 A text message will appear at the top of the screen; "All aircraft and campaigns are unlocked". Also, all paint jobs including "Air Marshall".

during a mission pause the game and hold (-), press 2,1,1,2

Successfully complete the Campaign mode.

during a mission, pause game and hold (-) press 1, 2, 1, 2.

seems like it doesn't prevent from death if u hit the wall. other things might still kill you.

Successfully complete the Bombing mini-campaign.

Complete the Dogfight mini campaign.
