From the Stamper menu, highlight the "New Game" option and hold L1, L2, R1, R2, Left, Circle, Select.
To display the cheat codes screen, start from the Stamper menu. Highlight the "Options" selection, and hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and press X. Enter the following codes at the cheat codes screen:
