Diablo Police Car

In any level, if you fully complete the Hot Pursuit game type, a new police car will be available (Corvette etc.) for that level. Complete that level using the new cop car in Hot Pursuit mode to unlock the Diablo police car for that level.

After selecting your car, press Start to load the race, then before the loading screen appears, immediately hold Left + Square + Circle. Continue to hold the buttons until the loading screen disappears

drunk mode

After selecting your car, press Start to load the race, then before the loading screen appears, immediately hold Up + L2 + R1. Continue to hold the buttons until the loading screen disappears. The screen will now be blurred, with ten cars appearing in place of one.

pick a car and start the race immediately hold
up+L2+R1 through the loading screen. the screen will now be blurred as if u were drunk.

easy/easier money

If you have 2 memory cards, save the game on both and enter high stakes. Sell the cars and this gives u more money.

Phantom Car

In the username type PHANTOM and you'll be given a car which has very similar stats to the McLaren or CLK-GTR although i think it's a bit better.

to get the turbo mode, before the loading screen appears press up triangle x at once together, then when you play press up and you will sprint like a roket.
