Complete Urban Fighters mode with Gorilla to unlock Kintaro in Arena Battle mode. Complete Urban Fighters mode on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock Kintaro in Urban Fighters mode.
Play as Angela
Complete Urban Fighters mode with Kobuchi to unlock Angela in Arena Battle mode. Complete Urban Fighters mode on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock Angela in Urban Fighters mode.
Play as Akujin
Complete Urban Fighters mode on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock Akujin in all modes.
Hard mode
Complete Urban Fighters mode with all characters on the Normal difficulty setting to unlock the Hard difficulty setting under the options screen.
Shadow fighter mode
Complete Urban Fighters mode once.
Survival mode
Complete Urban Fighters mode twice.
Team battle mode
Complete Urban Fighters mode three times.
Street gang battle mode
Complete Urban Fighters mode on the Hard difficulty setting with Kintaro, Angela, or Akujin.
Deform mode
Get a hi-score and enter "DEFORMANIA" as a name to unlock deform mode under the options screen.
Skeleton mode
Get a hi-score and enter "BONECRACK" as a name to unlock skeleton mode under the options screen.
To unlock Arena's 2,5,7,8,and 9, you have to complete Shadow Fighter mode with different characters, as per this chart:
