Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 Cheats & Tips

Behold all cheats !!!! (except gaps)
This process will unlock all levels, cheats, FMV movie sequences, and several characters (except for Private carrera).

1. pause the game.
2. hold L1 and press: x,x,x,square,triangle,up, down,left,up, square, triangle,x, triangle, o, x, triangle, o.
3. the screen will shake, confirming appropiate cheat application.
4. go to End Run, & observe.

Unlock All hidden characters
Pause the game, hold L1 and press Square, Circle, Right, Triangle, Circle, Right, Circle, Triangle, Right, Square, Right, Up (x2), Left, Up, Square.

Unlock all levels
Pause the game, hold L1 and press Up, Triangle, Right, Up, Square, Triangle, Right, Up, Left, Square (x2), Up, Circle (x2), Up, Right.

Special meter always full
Pause the game, hold L1 and press X, Triangle, Circle (x2), Up, Left, Triangle, Square. This will makeit so that the "special" meter is always full.

Get Private Carrera
Find all the gaps to unlock private carrera
Alternatively, you can cheat your way by getting all gaps automatically:

Pause the game, hold L1 and press Down, Up, Left (x2), Circle, Left, Up, Triangle (x2), Up, Right, Square (x2), Up, X.

2 Player Tag mode in demo
Hold R1 when selecting any game mode to unlock a limited version of the 2 player tag mode in the demo.

Skate Heaven
To unlock Skate Heaven (an ultra special course in the astral plane), you must 100% every level of the game with all of the original characters, Officer Dick, a Custom Skater and Spider-Man.

A Plethera Of Points
Enable the Infinite Balance cheat and access the School II level. Now, perform the trick to open the Gymnasium. Go inside the Gym and find the pool. Start grinding the pool, since the pool grind is a circuit you'll be able to grind for as long as you see fit!!!

Push All Stats To 10
To increase all of your stats to 10, pause the game during gameplay and Hold L1. With L1 held enter the following code.

X, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, UP, DOWN.

Push all stats to 13
Pause the game, hold L1 and press X, Triangle, Circle, X (x3), Square, Triangle, Up, Down. The screen will shake if you enter the code correctly.

Blood Or No Blood Toggle
To toggle Blood on or off, pause the game during gameplay and Hold L1. With L1 held enter the following:

RIGHT, UP, SQUARE, TRIANGLE.

Chopper Drop: Hawaii
Earn 3 Gold medals with every character in the game and you unlock the Chopper Drop: Hawaii level.

Double Moon Physics
Pause the game, hold L1 and press LEFT,UP,LEFT,UP,DOWN,UP,SQUARE,TRIANGLE,LEFT,UP,LEFT,UP,DOWN,UP,SQUARE,TRIANGLE.

Moon Physics

Big Head Mode
Pause the game and press X, X, Triangle, Square, Down, Up, Right.

Extra money
Pause the game, hold L1 and press X, Down, Left, Right, Down, Left, Right.

Perfect balance
Pause the game, hold L1 and press Right, Up, Left, Square, Right, Up, Square, Triangle.

Slow-motion tricks
Pause the game, hold L1 and press Circle, Up, Triangle, Square, X, Triangle, Circle.

Disco mode
Pause the game, hold L1 and press Down, Up, Square, Circle, Up, Left, Up, X.

Mirrored Levels
To reverse the tracks in mirror images, pause the game, hold L1 and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Triangle, X, Square, Circle, Up, Down, Left, Right, Triangle, X, Square, Circle.

Fat skater
You can enter the following code multiple times, the more times you enter, the fatter he becomes. Pause the game, hold L1 and press X (x4), Left, X (x4), Left, X (x4), Left.

Thin skater
You can enter the following code multiple times, the more times you enter, the thinner he becomes. Pause the game, hold L1 and press X (x4), Square, X (x4), Square, X (x4), Square.

Rocket Pack (Fly Mode)
Press Start and hold L1 while pressing up,up,up,up,x,square,up,up,up,up,x,square,up,up,up,up. Exit the pause screen and the cheat should take effect. While in this mode press x to ollie, hold x to float up, and press triangle to hold altitude.

Unlock Characters
Spider-Man - complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode with a created skater.
Officer Dick complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode
McSqueeb - complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode with Tony Hawk to unlock 80's Tony Hawk (Tony Hawk's Style C).

You can unlock McSqueeb and Officer Dick when you unlock all characters or use the Unlock All cheat.

Note on cheats: Many of the cheat codes are visually confirmed in the game by the shaking of the paused game screen, so if you enter a code correctly, look for the screen to shake.
