To distract the gaurd when you are under ground(sewers)search the body of the dead man behind the door in the right hand side roomyou will find a key. switch on the microwave and hide in the shower room oposite, the guard will hear the microwave beep and go inside lock the door behined him.

While at the Ireland Pub, go to the man at the corner who's always sneezing. During one of his sneezes, grab the snare from the table near him. Take the snare to the plug and fix it with that.

Once you've gotten the Manuscript from the Hotel Manager DO NOT leave the Hotel. Guido and Flap will kill you if you try. Go back upstairs and into the room you have a key for. Climb outside the window and drop the Manuscript into the alley. Now, go downstairs and leave the hotel. Guido and Flap will search you, but turn up empty-handed. Retrieve the Manuscript from the alleyway.
