The best way to win with guy is to just keep pressing up,up,O and charging.
if they block it still hurts a lot and if you hit it blast them away giving you some time to charge.

To get a rather easy win in a battle, select Sasuke as your character, and make sure your chakra is all the way up. When your enemy is within close range, press up and circle to perform his Fireball Justsu on them. If they don't block, it does a pretty large amount of damage, and even if they block, it does pretty well considering. You should have enough chakra to perform it a few times in a row, and if the attack connects fully, your enemy will fall, giving you the chance to charge. If you bombard your enemy with this attack over and over, you will cause them a lot of damage and possibly kill them if their difficulty level isn't too high.

If you didn't understand the mission requirements like perform Extra Hit+3,I say train in the Vs.CPU first so you won't waste time on the results.
