Easier Damage
A good way to quickly beat someone is to hit them until they're on the ropes, then punch them a few more times, so they'll bounce off the ropes without falling over. Then when they're up against the ropes, grapple them to knock them to the outside. Here, knock them down and then strike them while they're down (they'll stay down for longer on the outside too). Use the environment (apron, stairs etc) to further damage them, and even get them in a grapple at around the 7 count, then roll back into the ring at the 9 count, so they get counted out for an easy win. If they roll back into the ring beforehand, you can repeat the process do deal them more damage easily and possibly get another chance to count them out.
