When faced with any number of multiple enemies, ie guards, there is a very simple way for you to get through the fight with barely a scratch on you. Simply hold down L1 and R1, and just when a guard starts to attack, press square ( [] ). You will counter that attack, and in the case of some of the weaker guards, you will kill them in that one hit. For some of the stronger guards it takes more than one counter attack. Good luck!

After you beat the game, when you go back to the story mode you can kill anyone without losing life.

As you may well know, killing a civilian causes your Synchronization bar to go down(health), but once you finish the game, you can kill civilians without losing any of your Synchronization bar.
