Transformers: The Game Cheats & Tips

When using your shield, press square to make your Autobot or Decepticon use their most powerful move, which will help you finish off pesky drones and bosses faster. You will notice a big difference.

When you have to battle Barricade when you have defeated him once he drives away. Yeah! But when your nearly there Barricade turns left but instead go straight on up the hill and you will get their first!

On the last area of the decepticons and the autobots there is a fast food store near the corner of the map somewhere. If you jump on to roof you can see a shake bottle and a pack of fries. The fries do a great damage when thrown and the shake bottle is good for using as a bat.

Also when you're in the suburbs there is a small baseball diamond near sam witwicky's house. Next to the field is a building and a carpark. Near the front of the building are 2 baseball bats crossing each other. Run into the wall and the bats will come falling down. Now it's just a matter of picking them up and playing a little baseball.

Another tip is to throw your weapon of choice onto a roof and climb up after it. From there you have a fairly good chance of getting your enemy before he attacks you.

One final thing is when your inside Hoover Dam there are giant racks almost every few turns or so. If you run into one of them or punch or shoot or whatever there are alot of choices of weapons. My favourite is the big concrete cylinder.

For a little fun, near the police station there is a globe. If your an autobot like bumblebee or a decepticon like barricade you can play a little transformer soccer by kicking the globe around.

Complete the Autobot campaign to unlock robo'vision Optimus Prime.

As with the other cheat here, enter the cheats while at the campaign menu>

Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right

To use this cheat you have to be at the main menu(campaign,Bonus,options),then press left,left,up,left,right,down,right

Once you done that the screen will flash white.

If loading a game, load your campaign/profile. When you get to the campaign menu, enter the codes below...

Alternately, if you are starting a new game, click on 'new game' and on the very next screen, enter one of the following. If entered correctly, the screen will flash white for a split second.

Once the screen flashes, go to the bonus menu and look for the characters menu. Unlocked skins are listed with on/off toggles. Toggle the unlocked skin you with to set to G1 style to 'on', and in those stages where that character is present, their basic paint scheme will resemble the paint schemes from the original Transformers cartoon.
The model doesn't change, just the skin!
IE: Starscream is still an F-22 Raptor, just with red and blue streaks similar to original Starscream's.



Jazz: Left, Up, Up, Down, Left, Up, Right

Optimus: Up, Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Right

Starscream: Right, Down, Left, Left, Down, Up, Up

Megatron: Down, Left, Left, Down, Right, Right, Up

So far I can confirm only Starscream. You may have to start a campaign with each side to unlock that side's skins. I only have the Decepticon campaign running on my profile, so i'm guessing that's why Starscream is the only working skin on my game so far.
