ok here it goes(U NEED ALOT OF PATIENCE)...
as u know or will know the last boss is xtreamly difficult! but i found out a way to make it a lot esier.
1st u gotta upgrade ur necroplasm.
2nd up grade all of ur weapons specialy the chaingun.
3rd restok on all of ur weapons all the way up(ur gonna need it)

the n finally go to the last level and get ready

wat u gotta do is hav ur chain gun ready then quickly freeze time.then target and fireaway!
once u get his health to around 3/4 of the way or run out of necroplasm. u gotta keep ur distanse and fire. wen u take all his HP he wil still b alive u gotta get in close and use ur axe!
