Buy Replacements early

It's a good idea to buy a replacement for any retiring players early. If you wait until the retired players go then you could be at risk of losing out on valuable replacements. Also if you buy the replacement early you can play them so they develop. It's always good to get younger replacements because, like I've said before, they develop well and can turn into a good player.

Don't listen to coach!

If you have an important match you will realise that you're getting told the same thing in the small matches by your coach, which means the same results. What you do is, if your coach says attack down the left, go down the right, if he says don't play offside trap, play the trap. Trust me, here I'll show you the difference.

Easy win: GUARANTEED

When your player gets near the goal make sure you are on 1x speed. If your player manages to score, pause the game just as the ball crosses the line. Then go to replay and watch it, you will notice you have an extra goal. Repeat this as many times as required.

Listen to the Coach for pre-match tactics!

If your new to a management game and your unsure what tactics to set then you should listen to the pre-match tactics your coach recommends you use. They are usually useful tactics and if you go against what he says to pick your own tactics then you're unlikely to come out with a victory. Once you've become accustomed to the game then you should be able to choose which tactics are best to use against certain teams.

Purchase a good, young winger

It may sound like it's a basic tip but seriously wingers are very valuable in this game and with the right tactics they can swing the score of the match for you. You can get good wingers who are already good to start off with e.g Luque, but if you purchase one that's young, Robben for example, and persist with him then he'll develop into a good player. Wingers aren't usually the most expensive players on the game so you can get them for a good price.
