If you pause the game, go to the Options Menu where you put fighting all the way up, then resume the game. Try to get in a fight. When you do, don't drop the gloves and you will have a 5:00 powerplay!

Try to perform a wrap round, which means go to the other side of the goalie and shoot.

If you want to unlock more rewards with a higher degree of difficulty, go to general options and pick the desired difficulty. Then, go to advanced options and turn down the CPU skills while turning up the human skills.

Press R1(2), L1, Left(2), Down, Circle, R1, Circle, L1, Up, Right, Circle, Down, Left(2), Circle, R1, Down, Up at the game modes screen. Exit that screen then enter the cheat menu from the main menu. All tasks should now be marked as completed. Every cheat can now unlocked individually by selecting them.
