Get level 5 cops on your tail in free roam and then drive around until you loose a swarm of those law and order protect and serve officers out of sight and also without the chopper is when the cool down session starts. Now is the time to keep driving until you only arrive to a road block with no cops chasing you, the cool down then goes into the heat meter again because the road block has spotted you ONLY. All you have to now is stop about 6 meters of the road block and make sure the bar at the bottom of the screen which has busted on the left and evade on the right - make sure the meter marker stays in the middle. Now wait and the cops will not show. Works best on the major freeways and may not work first time but is successful believe me. Your bounty will now climb and climb. Once happy with the amount of bounty made is when you need to make a get away and hide from the cops in order to save your progress. First race in quickplay with the circuit you want to turn off the traffic and win it. You must turn off the traffic option first in order for this to work. If you reenter the same race in career mode, there won't be any traffic

First go to quick race, then split-screen. Next choose the NFS World Loop sprint race.

At the beginning of the race, go to the fly-over bridge just behind you. Take the second route to your right and stop at the yellow barrier with the flashing arrows on the bridge. You should be able to go through the barrier and since you are in split-screen mode, you're now able to free-roam with your buddies...

The next time your on the run from the police try this. Find a two story building that you can drive your car on to the second level. Make sure that the police don't follow you up and they won't be able to see you and you can just wait it out. This is good if you are unable to get to a hiding spot without being seen.
