After unlocking the Codes menu, enter MEGASTARS to unlock the Visual Concepts, NBA 2K2, and Sega teams.

Unlock Codes Menu

To unlock the codes menu in options, go to the Game play menu and hold the D-pad right and the analog stick left. Then Press Start. Then go back out to the options menu and it will be unlocked
