Use the Dune Buggy from Smuggler's Run
Use a memory card with a Smuggler's Run saved game on it to unlock the Dune Buggy. A message will confirm correct code entry.

Manhattan police
Complete Manhattan level 10 in Head-2-Head mode.

London police
Complete London level 10 in Head-2-Head mode.

All Cruseros
Complete Manhattan levels 1, 4, and 7 in Head-2-Head mode.

All Jones
Complete Manhattan levels 2, 5, and 8 in Head-2-Head mode.

All Piranha
Complete Manhattan levels 3, 6, and 9 in Head-2-Head mode.

All PTs
Win the 1st, 4th, and 7th Head-2-Head races.

All Modicums
Win the 3rd, 6th, and 9th Head-2-Head races.

All Ascents
Win the 2nd, 5th, and 8th Head-2-Head races.

Manhattan bonus cars
Win the 12th, 13th, and 14th waypoint races in London in arcade mode.

London bonus cars
Win the 12th, 13th, and 14th waypoint races in New York in arcade mode.

Fire Truck

Beat the game 5 times. The fire truck win't have a water hose. Instead it has a flame thrower!

Bonus cars
Bonus cars are unlocked via red circles that appear on different levels. When you find a red circle, place your car in the circle until you hear a gurgling sound to indicate that you've unlocked a bonus car.

Current known red circle locations:

London
1) At the starting point, look for a ramp on one of the nearby buildings. Go up the ramp to find a red circle on the roof of that building. Near the starting point is a ramp on one of the buildings. This leads to the circle on a roof.

2) In the center of the map, you will find the Parliament building. You can tell it's the parliament building by the pillars on the outside. Drive through the window to find the circle inside.

3) Once again in the center of the map, locate a unique looking turn near the Parliament building. You will see a ramp, which you should climb. Next, jump off either to the left or the right. Make sure you actually jump and do not fall instead. You should find the circle nearby.

New York
1) Find the big tunnel where there is a park nearby. You should find a circle on a building roof near the park. You will have to jump to reach the roof.

2) Find the aircraft carrier and locate a building nearby. You will find the circle insde the second floor of that building, but you must jump to enter that floor.

Get on a Ship

Choose new york cruis from were you start go straight to the speed sign then turn right. Now go all the way down till you see red (maybe blue) flags turn left. Get enough speed and then go all the way down and there should be a little opening go through there with a speed of about 100 mph and you'll make it.

Marauder Taxi

In the New York cruise, look for the two nig red warehouses with wooden ramps in them. Go into the one with the ramp that circles around inside the building. Go around it, and you will be aiming for the bottom row of windows when you come out the opening. You need to get the set closest to the right end of the building. Try to be going about 65 MPH. Drive straight once you get inside the long hallway, and don't go out the side windows. Look for the red/purple circular light, and drive through it slowly until you hear the sound of a lock unlocking. In the menu in the cruise, there will be a huge taxi with a snow plow, and monster truck wheels and a smoke stack on the back.

Spin the perfect doughnut

You need to this really quickly so it will be effective. First get your speed up and when you're ready, turn (way is optional)and press on the square while turning, and then press on the circle immediatly and that should make your car spin a whole circle. If it didn't work, you probably didn't have enough speed at the beginning or you messed up the buttons. Remember that all these steps must be followed and done really quickly just to have a perfect doughnut.

Unlockable Car In London

In London
From Where you start go to the road
turn left go down to the arches go through the one on the left hand side then go down the VERY first left (Just after The Arch Way)then go down to the second set of traffic lights then turn right, in the middle of the 1st Building (you shouldnt miss it it's the only one on that block)there is breakable glass go through the glass in the middle there is a red light go through the light slowly listen for a car door opening sound, once you have done that you have unlocked The Kuruma Faasuta GR

Bonus Car

Go to the park that's shaped like a baseball field and find a round, red building. There will be an opening. In that opening there will be a ramp. Jump the ramp and you will land on a building. There will be a red (or purple, your opinion) via circle. Go in it andwait until you hear a gurgling sound. That indicates you have unlocked a bonus car.

Easiest way to catch Kareem

Easiest way to catch Kareem is to use the F450 truck and when Kareem is coming a cm or so (second to largest image) start going and when he passes you, use the nitros and stick with him.

How to get the ZENDER type-S

Unlike most people believe you don't have to beat the game twice to get the type-S. All you have to do is in career mode race every hookman in both N.Y and London in every race. when the city champ comes do not race him until there is no one left(when you are driving look at the map if there is only one person there other than you should go race him if there is 2 than one of them is a hookman you need to go race in a waypoint again)By dong this when you beat the world champ you get the Zender Type-S, and yes the type-S is a hover craft, It is silver and really fast but has terrible stopping. please email me with any questions or comments about the game.

Smuggler's Run Baja Buggy

Smuggler's Run Baja Buggy:
Play Smuggler's Run <SmugglersRun.htm> and save the game. Use the same memory card with Midnight Club to unlock the Baja Buggy from Smuggler's Run. It will appear to the left of the taxi cabs on the car selection screen.

Super Taxi

During arcade, cruise New York. At the beginning, go straight towards a building with advertisments. Go in between the two big buildings. Stop at the first set of lights. Check your map and at the very top you should see a huge patch of green. Go to it. When you are there, look for a big circular brick structure. There is a ramp leading to the top of another building. Go off this ramp at about 100 mph. There is a red light on the top of the other building and go threw it slowly. You will then get the Super Taxi. Will not work during Career mode.

Unlock the Fasuuta GT

Choose London to cruise on. Then press select until you can see the entire map of london. There will be a sharp bend of the river in the bottom left corner of the map. Just above that bend there is a circular web of streets. Drive to the middle of that circle and you should see a large red building. at the side of it there will be a ramp, go up the ramp slowly (18 mph) until you reach the end and then land on a little roof. Stay up there, and to your right there should be a red circular flash thing, drive through it until you hear an unlocking sound then you know you will have unlocked the Fasuuta GT.
