Get the lvl 2 security card and head to Strut F the warehouse.Go to the lower floor take out the guard and go through the level 2 door.The AKS-74U and suppressor will be in there.Then go up the stairs and take out the other guard.(If you wanna have all dogtags just hold up the two guards)Go to the left and open the door.Don't walk in because there's a C4 trap.look to the upper left wall and shoot the green light.Walk to the back of the room and there are two boxes one with the M4 and one with M4 bullets.

Fist-fight him. On easy, one good melee will knock about half of his stamina off. The best time to catch him is when he jumps out of the water, lands and stands up and spins. If you're close enough when he does this, run up and punch him out. You can also sometimes get him when he's recovering from a hit, like stepping on a mine or some C4.

At the title screen, if you press L2 or R2 a gunshot will be heard.

In the VR Missions, if you enter "Hideo Kojima" as your name, Everything else will fill up with his actual information!

When Solidus attempts to suffocate you with his "arm extensions" on top of the arsenal gear you are supposed to press a certain button repeatedly in order to survive (triangle button in my game). While in difficulties from easy-hard this isn't impossible, many people isn't able to pass this test on extreme and european extreme, and not everyone who can't pass the "test" can go and buy a an auto-fire controller.
So there is a trick that makes your O2 gauge drop slower (this doesn't mean that you have to stop mashing the button when he suffocates you). Now when the cut-scene on top of the Arsenal Gear begins, you can't move, but you can "turn your head" so move to the left; you'll see Snake and Fortune there. When Solidus stops talking and starts to suffocate you quickly start pressing the button but at the same time turn your head to the left again, but now you can turn "more" to the left, up to a point where you will be able to see Ocelot, keep the analog stick to the left to keep watching Ocelot while you mash the button. Believe it or not now your O2 gauge will drop slower, I know it doesn't make any sense why this happens, but it is true. It was thanks to this I was able to survive in both extreme and european extreme.

On the part where you have to look for Ames, with the directional microphone, there are some hostages that will have some funny responses if you press the action button, while the d. mic is equipped and pointed, at them. An old lady near the flagpole will shake and tremble, and actually pee, if you do the above action. Another lady hostage, a young woman, will actually talk to you. She will say "My name is Jennifer," the first time you do it. On the second time, Jennifer will reply, "Stay away from me!" You better be careful on doing this with Jennifer because it might get you in trouble.

MGS1 Soldier:
When you have found Ames, there will be a codec transmission happening. After the transmission, you will have to use your d. mic again to listen in on a conversation by Ocelot and Solidus Snake. When the conversation starts, quickly turn the d. mic where the flagpole is. If done in the correct direction, you will hear the familiar soldier from Metal Gear Solid (the one that was always constipated) talking to himself about Olga and Sniper Wolf.

Emma's talk about Raiden:
When Emma has to walk on the Strut L oil rails, you will have to use the PSG1 to "escort" her. You have to ask Snake to snipe for you, in order to do this. Use the d. mic and point it towards Emma. She will repeatedly say things such as "I can't do this" for a few times, but when she gets into one of the columns, she will begin talking about Raiden's appearance.

MGS1 Soldier's Appearance #2:
In order to do this trick, you have to do the above trick, first. When Emma reaches the second column, the same soldier from earlier will scream at her "Freeze!". You can listen to the rest of the conversation yourself.

double tap on r2 then you ammo will be full again( help for bosses and that kay !!!)

To make Raiden catching a cold you have to make him stay in one place for too long but if you get the medicene or get your equipment from Snake then you will recover.

In the Tanker Mission, when you walk down the hallway and Snake stops and says, 'Raven?', and it turns out to be just a toy of Raven. If you shoot it, it will start to shoot out little bombs.

What do the wigs do?

You can use R1 to zoom in on sequences if you're having trouble seeing certain details properly.

It is helpful when in the boss battle with Fatman to lay down a few claymore mines in various spots. That way, while you are running around difusing his bombs, and he is skating around taunting you and planting more bombs, the mines can do some of the job of killling him. That is to say, instead of relying solely on cathcing up to him and shooting him, you can also get part of the job of killing him done this way while you are busy defusing bombs, and time spent difusing bombs is not time spent 100% without inflicting any damage on him. Now, he won't run into every mine you lay, he may only run into one or two, but it helped me kille him. It also helped me conserve gun amo because I did not have to always rely on shooting him to get him to fall in order to get a shot or two blasted in his big bald head. The bombs would lay him out in one felled swoop and all I had to do was run over and shoot his head before he got up. Now, you have to be sure not to run into the field of view of the mines yourself but I did not have trouble avoiding them. Hope this helps you. Also, when fighting Vamp, you can shoot him with stinger missles even when he is under water. Also, if you launch a grenades into the water, they will inflict damage on him when he swims into them. I submitted these tips because I did not see them anywhere else.

After completing the game the title screen will turn blue

this is basically the same as mgs2:sol

get close to the metal gear so it will only be able to shoot a laser at you.
this can easily be dodged it also leaves its mouth vulnerable to attacks which when shot at will cause more damage.
dont get too close though or it will attempt to knock you off your feet which makes you vulnerable to its attacks. also don't get far away either as it has a wider range of attacks which are not as easily dodged.

You can use the boxes to help you move around the big shell. This works only in the parcel room. Climb onto the parcel table next to the conveyor belt. If you equip yourself with a cardboard box the conveyor belt will stop alowing you to climb on.

Cardboard Box 1 takes you to "Strut C Dining Hall".

Cardboard Box 2 takes you to "Transformer Room on Strut B".

Cardboard Box 3 takes you to "strut A Pump Room."

Cardboard Box 4 takes you to the "Warehouse Strut F".

Instead of messing about sneaking around the shell 1 core to get th AK, go to strut f (warehouse) and as you go down the stairs, to your left (raiden's right) there is a door with a level 2 mark on it. Go through there and search around for it. The AK suppressor is also in here so look hard.

simply go in to vr missions and if it asks you to load the vr missions file if you have one select no and type in your details as normal and when the vr missions menu pops up.

You will have unlocked everything but it will be at 00% if you want to over write your old file then you can do it but be warned you will lose your previous save file.

if you don't have a save file then create one and then do the following above.

I know this is pointless but might be usful to other people.

While playing a game, hold L1 + R1 and press Start + Select.

When hanging on a rail, you can press action at the right time and you will kick the enemy in front of you away and possibly knock the enemy off a ledge.

move the right analog stick in the title, start andsub menu screens in order to move the background grafics and change colour

Beat Tanker chapter 1 time on any difficulty and when you play the second time on any other difficulty, he should be wearing glasses, might be available for Raiden.

At the end of the game when the clear code is beging shown. Enter -- Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right and then followed by an X and an O.

Snakes will speak

Start by putting in the documents of metal gear and do as many of the missions as possible.
Save then put in the other disk in load a new game on the vr missions and put your name as ? leave everything else except nationality which you put a ? in as well.
You will now have all the characters with 00%

To get it, beat the Tanker chapter 1 time on any mode nd the second time you play the Tanker chapter, you will be able to obtain it right after you beat Olga, right below the Thermal Goggles.
