grenades
in the first level of Africa I got this to work.
defeat the very first tank (thats a secondary
objective) and if you have 10 grenades start
throwing your grenades as fast as you can and
you will still have 10 grenades.
P.S. it hardly ever works. Also it might work in
different places. It will most likely work
in different places.

Infinite Ammo
Press START to pause the game
then hold down L1 + R1
then press CIRCLE, CIRCLE, LEFT, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, X. Then release L1 and R1
You will see a message at the top left corner of the screen that says "Enter Cheat".
Press L2, L1, Square, L2, L1, R1
this will give you infinite Ammo. Now you can go RAMBO on the Enemy.

infinite health
as shown above there is a "refill health" cheat, but it does get annoying to keep pausing and using the cheat when you cant find any medikits.
so, at the beggining of a level i just go on a rampage till ive lost some health then use the cheat, then rampage again till ive lost health and then, when i put the refill life cheat in for the second time, there is no change to your health once un-paused, simply input the cheat again and your health will go up and you will have a health bar that stops at the lowest possible health you can have and it it wont go down so have fun...
