In the breaking news report that is heard on the radio after Umberto Robina's first mission "Nice Package", it is announced that the station is working with "legal company Rosenberg and Son." Ken Rosenberg does not appear in the game, but is known to all GTA veterans as one of Tommy Vercetti's closest allies in Vice City.

When you are free in the game at some point you will have to defend your empires and take over new ones so this is what i did. I got the rhino cheat which you will find somewhere on the list and defended my empires like that and also took over new ones by using the rocket launch to smash the rival's Empires

All that you have to do is start a rampage (passed or not) and pass it and watch you wanted level disappear! This DOES NOT count as "evading" wanted levels for some odd reason. Police simply give up as if you are doing them some sort of service!

This code DOES NOT do what it says, to spite the fact that it is SUPPOSED to PREVENT you from gaining a wanted level. It DOES, however, make it super easy to avoid police by giving any police bribes the ability to clear ANY wanted level!! This code name should be changed to reflect it's actual effect.
