If you use the palm of your hand and go around clockwise in circles, you can win world records.

Press Up, X, Square, Triangle, Left, Right, Select at the main menu.

Go to the main menu and enter: Up, X, Square, Triangle, Left, Right, and Select.

On the Shot Put event if you are having trouble then set the blue meter just before the red foul zone and then put the yellow height bar around 45. When I did it it got me 23.97 which was a new W.R.
