Decrease Gore
Use a text editor to edit the "unreal.ini" file in the "\unreal\system" folder. Find the entries under [Engine.GameInfo] heading, which appear as:

[Engine.GameInfo]
bLowGore=False
bVeryLowGore=False

Note: Whenever editing a game ini file, you want to make a backup just in case something goes wrong
