Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast Cheats & Tips

Most of you know that the you can increase some fores beyond the level that you can learn. The mindtrick for instance can go to level 4, with a cheat, but you can only learn up to level 3 without cheats. Level 4 allows you instead of just making your enemies friends you can have control over them but only for a brief period of time. To do this just type in the console (after the cheats are enabled) "setmindtrick 4" But there is away to have permanent control over an enemey. To do this set your mindtrick to level 4 then gain control over an enemy. While you have control set your mindtrick force to something lower then 4 where you don't have the ability to control others. by doing this it will trap you in the current control until your mindtrick is set back to level 4 or the character dies.

1) Bring up the system console (Shift + ~)

2) Type in - sabercolor

3)Then type blue, red, purple, orange, yellow, or green.

to change your fov go to the console(press shift and ~). then type cg_fov (number from 1-100).

If you need help fighting something like some stormtroopers or something do this.Open the console and type "devmapall" then type "npc spawn (Thing)" If you spawn a good guy it will help you.Summon bad you have to kill it.Rebel troopers will give you troopers and if they die they drop a gun.Use "notarget" if you want to watch them fight reborn or something.They will mostly die against a lightsaber.Get alot they might win.

god = God mode

noclip = No clipping mode; walk through walls

notarget = Enemy AI disabled

kill = Kill yourself

give all = All weapons, max stats

give health = Full health

give armor = Full armor

give ammo = Full ammo

give [item] [#] = Get indicated amount of desired
items

give weaponnum [1-?] = Gives you the weapon

where = Tells you where an entity is

victory = Plays a sound

drive_atst = Ride an ATST

fly_xwing = Fly an X-Wing & Crashes JKII

setviewpos [X] [Y] [Z] [YAW] = Allows you to warp to those coordinates on the map.

undying = Sets max health/armor to 999

taunt = Makes the lightsaber handle pin in kyle's
hands

levelshot = Takes a screen shot without the HUD

devmap [mapname] = To activate the cheats in Multiplayer

HelpUsObi 1 = To activate the cheats in Single Player

npc spawn [character] = Will spawn a character of your choice. Examples: npc spawn stormtrooper or npc spawn lando

npc kill all = Kills all npcs on the level

setForceAll [1,2,3] = Set all your force powers to the level you want. Example: setForceAll 3

Cheat mode:
During play, press Shift + ~ to bring up the console.

*Note* If the console does not come up, you might need to edit a file. Go to your /gamedata/base/ folder and edit jk2config.cfg by adding the following line:
bind ~ "toggleconsole"

At the console, enter helpusobi 1 or devmapall. Now type in the following codes at the console:

im multiplayer when cheats are enabled(create your own server and type devmap <map name goes here> select your light saber and turn it off(so your just holding the hilt) then go to the console and type /thedestroyer

type devmapall into the console and then type npc spawn {character}

At the courtyard level.There is a part where you are helping rebel troopers fighting stormtroopers.Well there is a part when a rocket launcher shoots a missle and kills the troopers on the elevator.I tried saving them by pushing the rocket but they blow up anyway.Here is a tip to save them!Really works.I did it and it works.Read below.

When your there go near the elevator.Before he shoots the rocket, press SPEED to go to slow motion.Then FORCE PuSH the rocket away.You need to aim at the rocket and at slow motion is won't be hard.Then FORCE JUMP onto the elevator with your LIGHTSABER off or it will make abunch of noise.You don't need to worry if you are holding a gun.Do that and they may survive.It works for me.

You don't have to do this because its not required.But if you want more troopers to help you and not following you because of the NPC SPAWN cheat.Or unless you just want to watch them die.Your choice.But if you want to save them do what I told you.Make sure you do SPEED first then aim at the rocket and FORCE PUSH it.Then FORCE JUMP onto the elevator with your LIGHTSABER off and they should survive.Okay?Thanks for reading.
