Go to Start Menu\\Run, type \"regedit\" to open the Windows Registry Editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\CAPCOM\\RESIDENT EVIL2
There will be GALLERY1, GALLERY2, GALLERY3, GALLERY4 and GALLERY5 items. Change their hex values to fffffff... and so on to the max. Open the game, enter the gallery and everything will be there.
