Type one of the following codes during a scenario:

Select a hero with an open slot, and type 32167 on the map screen. You may keep doing this for any other heroes in the party.
Note: This code cannot be enabled in town.
Load the game (in MS-DOS, for example) using the /nwc command line parameter. Reduce the game screen during play by pressing [F4]; select the debug option.
