To morph Tommy to a PCJ 600 (other bike, Caddy, etc.), park so the left part of a clothes icon goes through the middle of the right side of the PCJ and have Tommy get off and back on. The controls that change become: Left Shift....Forward Space Bar....Reverse A....Left D....Right W....Lean forward S....Lean back Tab....change radio stations He can do stunts and not fall off the bike (and he does a Fred Flintstone impression with the Caddy). One specific way to do the PC Superjump: send morphed Tommy on a PCJ at the middle of the left side of the Packer ramp that extends back past the rear wheel. The Packer raises up onto the front wheels as the bike slides back the ramp with the effort--quit before reaching the back end. The Packer holds the position and Tommy can go through the back of the ramp. Send the PCJ through the middle of that back ramp section from left to right, then turn forward and back, careful not to bump the Packer, till Tommy is in the ramp pointed forward at the middle of the rear axle. Send him forward to bump the Packer--when it falls, the result can send Tommy twirling over Vice City, and may make the Packer fly up and explode. The easiest way to see Ghost World is to send the Sea Sparrow up into the front porch ceiling of the WK Chariot, into the building, then down through and out of it. Another is to have Tommy jump up and down on the lamp at the N corner of Apt.3C (E Island, 2nd block to the N and 3rd to the W, 2nd floor door of two story apartment bldg.) till he goes through the ceiling then jump N to the ground. Have him follow the roads by using the radar. The interior of Mitch Baker's biker bar will be visible. Have him enter a place that loads an interior (North Point Mall, etc.) to leave this kind of Ghost World.
There are several levels where you have to chase somebody.If you can't kill somebody and you must chase him,here's the trick.You will have to chase that person with some vehicle.If that person is too quick for you,do this: Get out of the car but don't stop it,so the car will go but no one won't drive it.Make sure you get out of the car and you mustn't be close to car.Type Big bang.Nearby cars will explode including your target(person you have to chase).But this won't work always,because your target can escape and you won't be able to kill that person.
Description:Use your Mr.Whoopee to distribute treats to the locals around town. You must deliver 50 in a row to complete the mission.Important Buttons: [L3] -> plays Ice Cream truck music.Since the ice cream is filled with drugs, the cops will come after you in a short while. If they catch you, or you die, you will fail the mission and have to start over. A good idea is to sell some ice cream in one area, and then go to another for a new batch of people. If you go to a Pay n Spray while doing the mission, you will lose your Wanted Stars for a short while. This is key to beating the mission. The best place to sell the ice cream is around Pay n Sprays, such as the Docks area where a lot of people are. This is not a code, what you do is go to the hideout at the top of the second island near the stadium and go straight through some barriers so you are outside of the Global Cafe, drive down that road (straight) and on your right there should be some parking meters, hit them at a really high speed and lots of money should be coming out, but get it quick because it disappears quickly!!!
Does your game keep crashing when there is supposed to be a cutscene? Here is how you can fix that issue.If frame limiter is on, turn it off. If Frame limiter is off, turn it on.That should solve it about 80% of the time.
Jump onto the hood or roof of a van or car and then get the weapon of your choice. You can then shoot peds and pop the tires of cars behind you whilst moving along on the roof of the computer controlled car underneath you. (Note: Tommy will slide of some cars, just keep on trying on different cars/vans until you get one that he can 'surf'.
You must be in possesion of a coach which you can find around the Malibu area. Now use the GRIPISEVERYTHING (type during gameplay) cheat once and the ONSPEED (also typed during gameplay) cheat twice. When you drive your coach it will send any car including swat vans flying. If the coach starts smoking or its tires pop just type ASPIRINE (like the other, this code is also typed in directly during the game).
